Licensed & Insured

Castle Moving & Delivery operates under Florida Mover Registration #IM3602 and carries active liability and cargo insurance. We provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request — many buildings and HOAs require one before move day, and we're happy to supply it.

Your coverage options (valuation)

Every move includes basic coverage, with the option to upgrade for full protection:

Released Value Protection (included)
Standard, no-cost coverage based on weight (per applicable regulations). Economical, with limited per-item value.
Full Value Protection (upgrade)
For maximum peace of mind — covered items are repaired, replaced, or reimbursed at their full value. Ask your coordinator for pricing based on your declared value.

Filing a claim

In the rare event something is damaged, we make claims simple. Report it to your coordinator (or through your client portal) with photos and a description, and we'll respond promptly. Claims should be submitted in writing within the period stated in your moving agreement.
