Yes — most of our commercial moves happen nights and weekends specifically to avoid downtime. We’ll build the schedule around your operating hours.
Do you handle IT equipment and workstations?+
We disconnect, protect, transport, and reassemble workstations and cubicles, and carefully handle IT and equipment. For servers and complex networks we coordinate with your IT team or vendor.
Do you provide certificates of insurance for commercial buildings?+
Yes. As a licensed (Florida #IM3602) and insured mover we provide COIs for both the origin and destination buildings, and coordinate freight elevators and dock times.
How far in advance should we book a corporate move?+
